- To obtain a certificate of insurance go to www.cauinsure.com and click on the "Certificates" tab (see the red arrow on the picture on the right).
- On the next page, enter Timberlane as the "Association Name", choose the state of MD, choose "Borrower-Unit Owner" in the "Who am I" field.
- Fill out the rest of the page including your email address.
- A certificate will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
